We are pleased to welcome Tania Koster to the Michelle Williams Group Digital Marketing Division. Tania is a seasoned digital expert and will be heading up the new Digital Marketing Division.
With more than 20 years working in all areas of marketing and running her own marketing & communications company (Ground Control in a past life) at 27 years of age, her passion lies in helping small to medium sized companies grow and generate revenue both online and offline. She works primarily in the digital space and consults with brands on how to grow their business online and how the various digital technologies work for their brand to generate sales. Brand growth is no longer focused on brand marketing and sales is paramount to building a brand and Tania understands where the two intersect digitally and where they diverge and what a brand needs in order to grow on either path. Tania has worked across all digital platforms a creative leader and multi-channel marketing expert and brings a vast knowledge base to her brand conversations.
Tania is a strategist, creative thinker and content lover and has the ability to partner with key internal stakeholders to create strategies and goals (and then execute against those goals), to make the brand thrive.
